Mike Fragomeni and I teamed up again after Green Things, in a hard rocking group we called Small Time Napoleons--Naps for short. In contrast to Green Things' smooth grooves and cotton candy vocals, the Naps were loud, stripped down, and simplified rock.

I doubt any photos exist of the band and not many recordings were made, but this group holds a special place in my heart for its spunkiness and promise. After I left, the Naps continued on for a couple more years and released a single CD.
