Back in Indiana against my wishes (ran out of money during an attempt to live in Amsterdam), I formed a cover band with a female lead vocalist and a mix of new wave devotees and southern rockers. It was weird, but that was Indiana in the early 80's.
Really sorry to my old bandmates, but the only names I can remember are red-headed Paul Stoughton on guitar and vocals (far right), vocalist Lynn (center), and Reed the mustachioed drummer. I remember we covered the Rocky Horror Picture Show tune Sweet Transvestite. A bit of a stretch for me. I remember singing that at The Hummingbird with my parents in the audience.
Making posters was more difficult in the days before personal computers.
